Reaching thousands of students over the last five years as an instructor for pre-licensing, post-licensing, ethics and continuing education courses, Ben has developed the presentation skills essential to clarifying complex material and bringing real estate knowledge to life.
Ben's background includes corporate training for Chevron USA in Los Angeles, where he had the opportunity to interact with a wide variety of employees and managers. Since moving to the Charlotte area a decade ago, Ben has become an active member of the Board of Realtors, is a consistent annual multi-million dollar producer, and is currently a partner and Broker-in-Charge of Estates and Condos Realty. "The client always comes first" is a key principle for Ben, whether that client is a student in the classroom, an agent with his firm, or a buyer/seller trying to accomplish their real estate goals.
