I just had to tell you that I love, love, LOVE your class!!!  You are a natural born teacher and to sit in your classroom is such a joy and so much fun. I had no idea that this dry material could be interesting, but you've made it that!

Many real estate professionals told me, "You've GOT to take your classes from Bill Gallagher! He's the very best."  But when I found out I had to drive to Pineville, I thought surely I could find someone here in Lake Norman area.  So I asked more people — same comments — "you gotta go to Bill ... wherever he is, drive to him! It will be worth it."  So I finally conceded and signed up for your class.  Man, am I glad I did!  You are absolutely the very best instructor I can imagine for Real Estate.  You're FANTASTIC!  We are laughing and enjoying every bit of it, and I'm even beginning to understand the math, which scares me to death usually! 

All I can say is THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for being so wonderful and so enthusiastic about your profession.  You ARE THE BEST!!  And you're a natural at this!  You're so funny and have such great stories and explanations, and the way that you repeat things throughout the day really helps.  If I don't pass your class, at least I won't dread taking it again.  I just had to tell you that... love you, love the class!
