Carol A Reinard joined SSORE in 2006 with over 12 years experience in many areas of real
estate including brokerage, new home sales and management. Before founding Reinar —
a real estate company in 2005 — she helped new real estate brokerages set up their
offices, recruited new agents, set up training events and seminars, and trained new agents
in all aspects of becoming successful.
Her career in real estate started in 1994, with a local franchise as a sales associate.
Carol won many awards for her sales volume, and also the appreciation from her clients
— who got top-notch representation. She holds the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI)
and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designations; as well as a Commercial Real
Estate Certificate.
Carol became the Vice President of Career Development for one of the largest franchisees
in the Charlotte area in 1999. While there, she trained new and experienced agents in all
concepts of real estate. She has many of those agents telling her the training they received
from her serves as a basis for their success.
Carol has a unique appreciation for the real estate industry, which helps her bring relevant
skills and knowledge to all of her students. She has enlightened, entertained, and motivated
her students to look at real estate as a long term business by planning their future, and
working that plan. She does as the saying goes, “Walk the Talk!”

all facets of real estate knowledge. During her tenure at Coldwell Banker Flouhouse, Realtors she
instilled the knowledge that allowed the new agents to become top producers.
She has the gift to relate the most difficult and complex subject matter in a clear and concise
manner with outstanding passion.”

“Carol Reinard, was my primary sales trainer at Coldwell Banker Flouhouse, when I embarked up my real
estate career in 2001. She not only was a thorough, excellent instructor, but helped to instill
in me a sense of pride and integrity in my profession. Carol has followed-up with me through the
years, and encouraged me, no matter what firm I was with. Her support and knowledge, has been an important
factor in my growth in this industry, and in helping me to be equipped for now owning and operating my
own firm. I highly value her teaching skills, but treasure her people skills. She would be a
tremendous asset as an instructor for any real estate education program.”

“I truly believe that Carol Reinard's training skills are awesome. Through her training skills, I
have been able to apply what I've learned through Carol as a new agent and become the Rookie of the Year
Agent. The next two years I was named the Top Individual Sales Agent for 2004 and 2005.
Now, I am going into my fourth year as a real estate agent and I am currently in the process of putting
together my own team. Carol is definitely an unique asset to the new as well as seasoned agents and
I will always have the up most respect for her. Thank you Carol, for giving me the fertilization for
getting my business to a solid foundation.”
