Training thousands of real estate licensees, bankers, mortgage brokers and loan officers has provided Vee with skills required to be successful in the classroom. She credits her passion to help others succeed in their chosen field, and her desire to place the client’s interest first, with her success as an instructor, trainer, author and speaker.
Vee’s training career includes corporate training for Bank of America where she was head of the mortgage fraud unit. She developed a mortgage fraud course and trained officers and managers of Bank of America throughout the US. She also develops continuing education courses for Real Estate and Mortgage. She is currently owner and manager of Morton Associates (MAREMI), where she provides mortgage continuing education, fraud detection training, and ID Theft Seminars to financial institutions. Vee has been an approved NC Real Estate Education Instructor since 2002 and a real estate licensee since 1991. She is passionate about motivating others to develop the confidence to achieve their personal and professional goals.
