The North Carolina Real Estate Commission requires 8 hours of Continuing Education annually by JUNE 10th. The REQUIRED 2009-2010 Mandatory Update Course ( 4 hours) and an Elective course (4 hours). All BICS and "BIC eligible" licensees must take the BIC Annual Review course (BICAR) along with the Mandatory Update every year! This course will count as a 4 hour elective CE credit and the BIC will not have to take an elective CE course. Licensees must be BICS or "BIC eligible" in order to take this course.

Weekday, Weekend, and Weeknight real estate classes are offerred in Charlotte, Lake Norman, and Concord.
3 - 30 Hour POSTLICENSING Courses are for Provisional Broker's licensed on or after October 1, 2005. 301 Broker Relationships and Responsibilities, 302 Contracts and Closings, and 303 Selected Topics.
