The North Carolina Real Estate Commission requires 8 hours of Continuing Education annually by JUNE 10th!
The REQUIRED 2007-2008 Real Estate Mandatory Update Course ( 4 hours) and an Elective course (4 hours).
All BICS must take the BIC Annual Review course along with the Mandatory Update every year! This course will count as a 4 hour elective CE credit and the BIC will not have to take an elective CE course. Licensees must be BICS in order to take this course.
This is your first step toward getting your NC Real Estate license! The class is an introductory-level real estate principles and practices course with a strong emphasis on real estate brokerage law and practice.
Weekday, Weekend, and Weeknight real estate classes are offerred in Charlotte, Lake Norman, and Concord.
3 - 30 Hour POSTLICENSING Courses are for Provisional Broker's licensed on or after October 1, 2005.
Students must have a North Carolina Real Estate License to enroll in this course.
